Terms and Shipping policy
Customer registration
1. All Customers, whether for business use or personal use, are required to register via the E-commerce platform.
2. Customer to click on the registration button on the upper right of the website.
3. Customers who have not yet registered an account will continue registering an account.
4. Customer fills-in data needed for the registration.
5. Customers will then verify for re-Captcha.
6. Once verified, the customer may continue to access the website and be able to add to cart products.
PO Cancellation policy
1. Orders that are ‘In-Transit’ can no longer be cancelled by the customer. Customers can check the status of an order by refreshing the website and checking the ‘Order Status’ tab. If cancellation button is unavailable, item is already on its way to you, and you can no longer cancel your order.
2. Once you have successfully cancelled an item, you can no longer retract the cancellation request.

3. Customer may click on their name registered or under the dropdown of their account name to select ‘Manage Orders’
4. Upon selecting ‘Manage Orders’ customers will be redirected to ‘Sales Transaction’ tab wherein they will be able to view personal orders.
5. Customer will then select the order they wish to cancel, in the ‘options’ tab customer can choose multiple options for this instance the option ‘Cancel Order’.
6. Upon selecting ‘Cancel Order’ customer can choose up to 5 options such as: Change of Delivery Address, Change / Combine Order, Duplicate Order, Change of Mind and Decided on another product. Customers will be given the option to state the reason.
Refund for cancelled orders
1. To avoid rejection of returns/refunds, please ensure that your request matches 2 conditions: (1) within conditions for warranty (2) a valid return/refund request.

- expired item
- counterfeit
- missing accessory
3. For refund request
- missing itme
- incomplete delivery
- package not recieved
Order Return Policy
1. Customers are required to communicate with an e-commerce assistant via email before confirmation of an Order Return [marketing@exponentcontrols.com.ph].
2. Eligible Reasons for Returns, Customers can initiate a request to return their purchases with the following reasons"
- Item is defective or not working as intended
- Wrong items delivered
- Counterfeit Items
- Packaging of parcel is damaged
- Item physically damage upon opening parcel
- Missing item in the parcel

3. Customers are required to communicate with an e-commerce assistant via email before confirmation of an Order Return [marketing@exponentcontrols.com.ph].
4. Customer will be requested of ‘Proof’ of listed reasons above before being able to complete an order return.
5. ECEC reviews the request and provides feedback to the customer within 24 hours from date of filing.
6 . It is the prerogative of ECEC to deny acceptance if item is:
- deemed not saleable or has been tampered with.
- Indent items will not be accepted for return regardless of the condition (whether sealed or in original packaging or in good condition).
- Item has physical damage inflicted by the customer.
7 . After checking, ECEC will confirm acceptance of the client, if the return is acceptable.

Item replacement / Warranty Terms and conditions
11. Only items provided by ECEC will be covered by the warranty.
12. Our warranty is one year from the date of delivery.
13. Items for warranty is subject to checking by ECEC or the manufacturer.
14. Misuse, abuse, tampering, acts of GOD and other causes rendering the item inoperable is not covered by warranty.
15. Warranty coverage is against factory defects only.
16. Only items under the warranty period may be replaced and only if the warranty claim is accepted by ECEC.
17. Repairs needed to be charged to customer and will require payment for troubleshooting, repair services and parts replacement.
